Franchise Fee and Cost / Investment

Master Siomai complete franchise package is worth of Php 280,000.00 + Value Added Tax (VAT).

The franchise contract is valid for three (3) years and is renewable for another three (3) years at 50% franchise fee at the time of renewal.

• 1 Unit - 5 cu. ft. Chest Freezer
• 1 Unit - Acrylic Plastic Juicer
• 1 Unit - Complete Food cart Kitchen wares and plastic wares ( juice ladle, kitchen knife, chopping board, 2 pc sauce bottles, 1 - food tong, 1 - tissue dispenser, calculator and stainless tray).
• 1 Unit - Initial Food ( All siomai variants, special siomai sauce, chili garlic sauce, calamansi, gulaman syrup, gulaman powder, mineral water, sesame oil, stainless tray ) and Paper Products ( styro tray, sando bags, tissue paper, take out sauce plastic, toothpick, plastic gloves, plastic cups 12 oz )

Franchising Procedure

1. Look for your own location.
   • If the location is within the mall, an award notice or lease proposal before site required.
   • If the location is in a busy street, terminal, school or campus, there must have a verbal or written agreement with the lessor that the location will be leased by you before site evaluation.

3.  A 50% deposit of the total package price is required before the foodcart construction.
4.  Owner will attend Business Operation meetings.
5.  Selected crews will attend orientation and training.
6.  Signing of Franchise Agreement.
7.  Full Payment upon delivery of the foodcart.
